Do I need to write the text and provide photos?
You can send your own text and photos, or we can write the text for you to check and approve. If you don't have photos yet, we can suggest suitable free stock images to start with.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. Tell us what's not working and we'll suggest whether a refresh or a new site makes more sense, with a fixed price either way.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain name, your content and your site are yours. If you ever want to move elsewhere, we'll hand everything over.
What does hosting and care include?
We keep your site online and secure, take regular backups and make small text or photo updates for you each month. Bigger changes, like new pages, are quoted separately.
My records are a mess. Can you still help with data?
That's what the data health check is for. We'll spot the problems, tidy what we can and tell you how to keep things clean.
Where are you based? Do you work with businesses near me?
We work with small businesses across the UK. Everything can be done by email, phone or video call, so it doesn't matter where you are.
How long does it take?
It depends on the package and how quickly we get your content. We'll agree a timescale with you in the quote, before any work starts.
